The podcast has given me a chance to process some of my own shame experiences, many of which have been buried so deeply for years. While often excruciating to listen to, the podcast narratives are comforting. So many people hurting in the same way in a profession where we show compassion to everyone - except ourselves and each other. Thank you for giving us the inspiration and the language to continue sharing stories. Now we can talk about our own shame and recognise it in others. Maybe, just maybe, we can slowly change the tide.”
