Shame & Weight

I am really enjoying the series on Shame. I think it is an important topic that really needs to be talked about more in medical training and the practice of medicine. The episode on the ideal doctor was enlightening and thought-provoking. However, I was disappointed (especially after the lead in Hippocrates text) that weight was not discussed as both a part of what we expect in the "ideal doctor" and as a source of shame for medical providers (and obviously for our patients as well). I am hoping this will be something that gets addressed later on in the series. Thanks for the work you are doing!
